An 8 week online lifestyle program

The YOU project is unlike any other online fitness program. It is more than just fitness videos and nutrition plans, it is a program designed to arm you with the tools you need to lead a healthier life. It’s not some fad diet, it is a lifestyle change.

The program is for 8 weeks and includes Zoom calls, access to WhatsApp group, new videos each week, and a topic each week to focus on and set goals for.

What’s included:

  • 3 workout videos per week, created by Fran especially for the YOU project
  • WhatsApp group with daily check-ins
  • New weekly topic to help educate yourself further on things like sleep, meal planning, goal setting
  • Meal plans and shopping lists
  • Weekly progress pics/weigh-ins/success stories, whatever you feel most comfortable providing.
