What are Mum and Baby classes?

The Mum and Baby Bootcamp classes are designed for new mums, old mums, any mums. The purpose of this class is not to get the pre-baby body back, but to meet other mums, to get out of the house, and most importantly, you don’t need to worry about childcare as you can bring your baby/toddlers with you! Getting out to exercise after having a baby will help you feel better about yourself. It will also help you meet other women in a similar position. Why not go for coffee after class!

What's included?

  • Bootcamp is on twice a week at my gym in Killester
  • Classes are a mix of HIIT, TRX, Cardio and Bodyweight, and lasts 40 mins
  • Feel free to bring your babies and toddlers
  • Bathroom on site with nappy changing facilities
  • €180 for 8 weeks
