The Mum and Baby Bootcamp classes are designed for new mums, old mums, any mums. The purpose of this class is not to get the pre-baby body back, but to meet other mums, to get out of the house, and most importantly, you don’t need to worry about childcare as you can bring your baby/toddlers with you! Getting out to exercise after having a baby will help you feel better about yourself. It will also help you meet other women in a similar position. Why not go for coffee after class!
