At Irish Fit Coach, we provide you
the best environment to achieve all your health and fitness goals

Irish Fit Coach is a health and fitness trainer that designs programs specifically for your needs taking into account your everyday lifestyle, and your goals. We make training fun so you never dread coming to a class. We help you make small, baby steps that will lead to a lifestyle change and not just a quick fix. 

We are not an overcrowded big box gym that leaves you alone to figure things out for yourself. There’s no yearly membership, you pay by the month and you will get access to the program that’s right for you.

Here at Irish Fit Coach, you won’t feel like you’re doing it alone, you will be assisted every step of the way.  You will have a coach that is passionate about your journey, a coach that wants you to succeed, a coach that cares about you as a person. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, or just make a lifestyle change you will have a coach that you can hold accountable for your results from the moment you start.

Community is very important to me and I love creating fun events for my clients to attend. We’ve done cliff walks, sea swims and I hope to arrange some nights out now that restrictions are lifting. See the community page for more information!

6-week challenge

The 6-week challenge is suitable for beginners and advanced. You get to train 3 times a week and get the full support of a nutrition coach included in the price. See below for more details.

Personal Trainer

Personal Training classes are suitable for those that prefer to train one-to-one. We can train two or three times a week for a minimum of 12 weeks. Click the link to discuss further.

MUMS AND BABIES

Have you had a baby recently? Are you looking to get fit and healthy and meet other Mums? Then this is the right class for you. We do a Mums and Babies class twice a week. Bring your babies and buggies, we have plenty of room!

OVER 50S CLUB

Are you over 50? Then my over 50’s club is for you! Options to do classes 2 or 3 times per week.

GET FIT DADS

The Get Fit Dads is a male-only class. If you’ve become unhealthy and unfit and want to feel comfortable training, then this class is for you. We have classes twice a week!
