What we do

Irish Fit Coach is a health and fitness trainer that designs programs specifically for your needs taking into account your everyday lifestyle, and your goals. We make training fun so you never dread coming to a class. We help you make small, baby steps that will lead to a lifestyle change and not just a quick fix. 

We are not an overcrowded big box gym that leaves you alone to figure things out for yourself. There’s no yearly membership, you pay by the month and you will get access to the program that’s right for you.

Here at Irish Fit Coach, you won’t feel like you’re doing it alone, you will be assisted every step of the way.  You will have a coach that is passionate about your journey, a coach that wants you to succeed, a coach that cares about you as a person. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, or just make a lifestyle change you will have a coach that you can hold accountable for your results from the moment you start.

You've completed the 6-week challenge now come join the tribe!

Once you complete the 6-week challenge, you have the option of joining our tribe! We train at the same time and day every week so you get to know the other members of the gym. You have the option of training two or three times per week, whatever suits you!

The 6 week challange is suitable for beginners and advanced. You get to train 3 times a week and get the full support of a nutrition coach included in the price. See below from more details.

Personal Training

One to One training with one of our qualified coaches.

Personal Training classes are suitable for those that prefer to train one-to-one. We can train two or three times a week for a minimum of 12 weeks. Click the link to discuss further.
