Irish Fit Coach is a health and fitness trainer that designs programs specifically for your needs taking into account your everyday lifestyle, and your goals. We make training fun so you never dread coming to a class. We help you make small, baby steps that will lead to a lifestyle change and not just a quick fix. 

We are not an overcrowded big box gym that leaves you alone to figure things out for yourself. There’s no yearly membership, you pay by the month and you will get access to the program that’s right for you.

Here at Irish Fit Coach, you won’t feel like you’re doing it alone, you will be assisted every step of the way.  You will have a coach that is passionate about your journey, a coach that wants you to succeed, a coach that cares about you as a person. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, or just make a lifestyle change you will have a coach that you can hold accountable for your results from the moment you start.

Personal training with Irish Fit Coach focuses on you as an individual.  Our programs are tailored to your specific goals and needs which will have a massive impact on your lifestyle in less than 12 weeks. Before any training starts, we will sit down together and look at past injuries, failures, goals, and lifestyle. Using this information, I will design a training program that will work for you. Clients have the option to train with me twice or three times a week.

8-week transformation

Our 8-week transformation program is open to all new members of Irish Fit Coach. This program is designed for people who don’t have great fitness levels or have never set foot inside a gym. As the name suggests, the program lasts for 8 weeks giving you two group training sessions a week with the option of an abs class on a Saturday morning twice a month. If you’re lacking in confidence and not sure where to start, try my 8-week transformation.

Tribe

Tribe is a program for existing members, those who are confident in the gym and have some level of fitness. Members pay monthly with different options depending on how many classes a week you want to do. Each class is different and we will train different parts of the body each week. I like to use a combination of circuit training and HIIT exercises. 

Over 50s fit club

Staying healthy & fit in your 50s & 60s can be a real struggle due to family & work commitment. The biggest excuse I hear on a regular basis is time. That is why I designed this personalised fitness program to help you stay active, healthy with minimal time and maximum results. Time is always an issue as we get older or maybe we make it an issue by using it as an excuse to hide away from the real fact. Yes it is true that most of our society work long hours and by the time you get home your too tired and you want to spend some quality time with your family.
