The Personal Training program at Irish Fit Coach is personal and will be tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Members must commit to a min of 12 weeks. You have the option of training two or three times a week at a time that suits you. You will meet with one of the coaches at Irish Fit Coach and discuss in detail your lifestyle, goals, and other information that will help us come up with the best plan for you. We want to provide you with the tools that will enable to you make these changes permanent. Every four weeks we check in on progress which can be done in many ways – measurements, photos, and weighing. 



I have been training with Irish fit Coach for a couple of months now. I was nervous starting as I had a break from exercising for over a year. I loved training with the coach from the beginning as it was one on one so I didn’t feel embarrassed about my fitness levels. In the months that Ive been training I feel much more confident in myself with my appearance, my sleep and energy levels have improved and I already feel my fitness levels improving. I love training with the coach as he pushes me to reach my potential and tailors the program to meet my needs which I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own.
