Who should do PT?


  • You joined a commercial gym and didn’t get the attention and care you needed to achieve your goals, instead you were giving a program to go off on a treadmill and treated like another number.
  • There are so many mixed messages about diet online you don’t know where to begin.
  • You find exercises difficult to do and you don’t know what the benefits are.
  • You find the gym intimidating full of egos and you just feel like you don’t ever want to go back.
  • You lack motivation and drive because you have no coach there to hold you accountable for your journey for your progress and for your results.
  • You can commit to a min of 12 weeks. We feel that 12 weeks is enough time to create some great habits and get you on track to make life long changes.

I have been training with the Irish Fit Coach for a couple of months now. I was nervous starting as I had a break from exercising for over a year. I loved training with the coach from the beginning as it was one on one so I didn’t feel embarrassed about my fitness levels. In the months that I’ve been training, I feel much more confident in myself with my appearance, my sleep and energy levels have improved and I already feel my fitness levels improving. I love training with the coach as he pushes me to reach my potential and tailors the program to meet my needs which I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own.
