What is small group PT?

  • If you don’t want to train in a large class and like the idea of a more personal touch, then small group training is for you.
  • Classes are done in groups of up to 5 people max
  • Classes are twice a week
  • Before you start we will look at what your goals are, be it fitness, weight loss, or just improving your health overall.
  • Together we will create a suitable nutrition program that works for you and your lifestyle.
